How shipping works
Discreet packaging
Orders ship in plain packaging with unmarked return address. The packing slip shows 'TLC Group, LLC' only. Nothing identifies what's inside.
Domestic delivery
Free standard shipping on all US orders. UPS or USPS, 2–4 business days. Expedited options available at checkout (1–2 days). Tracking emails sent instantly when your label is made.
International
We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and the EU. Duties and VAT collected at checkout — no surprise charges at delivery. Transit time is 5–10 business days.

Unhappy with your purchase? Return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We send a prepaid label — zero questions, zero restocking fee.
Two-year warranty
All devices include a two-year warranty against motor failure, battery degradation, and material separation. We replace or repair free on the first claim, no shipping costs.
Hygiene note
We accept returns on used products — you get your refund regardless. Returned items are never refurbished or resold. They're recycled responsibly through certified partners.
